Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 21 (without parent or legal guardian) - Everything is for use at your own risk (i.e. unfenced pool, playscape, BBQ, fire pit, etc.) - The spacious property is fully equipped for your travel needs. All the cooking and eating utensils are available. We provide the bathing towels, pool towels, all bedding. The estate is set up for you to arrive - just back a swim suit, unpack and enjoy!!! If you have any special requests, please let us know.

Amy was a fantastic host and the entire place was perfect. Lots of space, very clean, amazingly large outhouse, the backyard is great to relax or hang around with many people. I would 100% stay here again!

What an incredible staycation! Our multi-generational family reunion was an absolute dream from start to finish. We had plenty of space to spread out, so everyone from the grandparents to the little ones felt comfortable and had a place to call their own. The photos simply do not do this property justice, the home is even more stunning and spacious in person. We made unforgettable memories splashing in the sparkling pool, enjoying meals together at the huge dining table, and just relaxing in the beautifully decorated common areas. The thoughtful amenities, including the well-equipped kitchen and various entertainment options, made it easy for us to stay in and fully enjoy our time together. The host was exceptionally communicative and responsive, ensuring that our stay went smoothly. From providing clear check-in instructions to offering helpful local recommendations, their hospitality was top-notch. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

This is the DREAM Airbnb! Our group of 13 friends had the absolute best time. Each had (or shared) a comfortable bed, the Airbnb was spotless, and there was so much socializing space for our Twilight movie marathon! The pool was the best part - especially in the Austin heat. I've stayed at plenty of properties before but this is 10/10 my favorite - it was super clean when we checked in, plenty of towels for our group, really cute themed rooms! But the best was how amazing our Airbnb hosts - Amy & Sujan were. Amy had been super responsive with me the entire weekend. She helped with our check-in process and answered my many questions before we checked in (ex. when I asked her what kind of coffee maker they had when we were making our shopping list or where the backyard lights were when we wanted to socialize outside!). Our entire group RAVED about this Airbnb and we had a super memorable trip. 10/10 would stay again!
